Role Summary
AW139 First Officer/Senior First Officer
RAAF Williamtown,NSW
CHC has an opportunity for a First Officer/Senior First Officer to be fixed based at our RAAF Search and Rescue operations located in Williamtown, NSW. This is a permanent opportunity and the successful applicant will be required to reside within one hour’s commuting distance from the base.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will be subject to Flight Operations approval, and require the following minimum:
Essential
Hold a valid CPL(H) or ATPL(H)
Hold or the ability to hold an AW139 Type rating
Helicopter Instrument Rating
Night VFR rating
Desirable
NVIS Rating
1500 hours total in helicopters
750 hours pilot in command helicopters
Low Flying Rating
Winch endorsement (with relevant winching experience)
Sling load endorsement
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
SAR and or EMS flying experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with proven accuracy.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships within an evolving and dynamic environment
