AW 139 Co-Pilot - New Zealand

Part of PHI, Inc., PHI International has established itself as a premier helicopter transport provider in offshore operations within Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia.

We are seeking an experienced Co-Pilot to fly AW139 Helicopters at our New Plymouth base. Reporting to the Senior Base Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe and effective conduct of flights.

The successful applicant will have:

  • NZCAA CPL (H) with instrument rating

  • AW139 type rating

  • 500 total hours multi engine helicopter

  • 100 hours command helicopter

  • 50 hours AW139

  • The legal right to live and work in New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • As part of the crew ensuring completion of flights as scheduled in a safe and timely manner as appropriate.

  • The observance of all Regulator and Client rules and regulations and the relevant OEM RFM.

  • The Co-Pilot shall conform to the Company directives and procedures contained within the Company Operations Manual (OMA, OMB, OMC, OMD, OMF and OI’s, OIB’s or LOIs as appropriate), during the flight planning, pre‐flight inspection and checks, in flight operations and in postflight reporting and activity.
