To be considered, you will be an experienced Helicopter Pilot with an outstanding reputation amongst your peers and the following technical qualifications and skills.
Essential:
CASA ATPL (H) & Current Class 1 Medical;
2500Hrs Rotary Wing, 2000Hrs PIC Rotary Wing;
Instrument Rated on multi engine helicopters;
Low Level Rating with Winch endorsement;
Helicopter command experience, in a variety of operations;
Highly Desirable:
AW139 Type Rating
NVIS Rated;
Previous EMS/SAR experience
This position falls under Category A/Category A - High Risk, following NSW Health’s framework for worker assessment, screening, and vaccination to minimise vaccine-preventable disease transmission. Compliance with the Service's policies regarding Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases, including the provision of evidence of protection, is essential.
You must be prepared to complete a psychometric assessment, Working with Children Check, and National Police History Check, as part of the recruitment process. Your salary package will be determined in accordance with the Company’s Registered Enterprise Agreement.
