About the Role
Due to continued growth we require additional Black Hawk pilots for aerial firefighting operations beginning in September 2025. These operations involve touring rosters of two to three weeks across various locations. Company arranged connecting flights will be available from any airport with an RPT service and accommodation is provided when away from home.
Act as PIC and/or Co-pilot of UH60 Black Hawk helicopter in firefighting operations;
Operate in accordance with Aerotech Helicopters operations manuals, policies and standard operating procedures;
Operate in accordance with National Aerial Firefighting Centre (NAFC) and Fire Agency requirements;
Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and high standards of service are maintained.
Experience and Qualifications
CASA licence with SK70 Type Rating
100 Hours on Type
CASA Class 1 Medical
Current HUET
Current CRM
Sling Endorsement (desirable)
Aerial Application Fire Rating (desirable)
Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) certificate (desirable)
