About the role
We are currently inviting expressions of interest from qualified Multi-Engine Pilots within our Aviation & Critical Services team. The opportunity is for an AW139 Line Pilot to fill a vacancy at one of our Ambulance Victoria bases (Essendon, Latrobe, Bendigo, or Warrnambool).
Babcock MCS operates at several bases throughout Victoria in support of Ambulance Victoria. As this is a Fixed Base position, successful applicants will be required to reside within a reasonable distance of the nominated base. It is also a requirement for the successful applicant to be able to support operational needs across all AV bases.
About You
The successful candidate must satisfy the following contract minimum qualifications and experience:
CASA ATPL
Class 1 Medical
Instrument Rating with MEH endorsement and minimum 3 renewals
2500+ hrs total helicopter
1500+ hrs PIC helicopter
500+ hrs PIC MEH, not including ICUS
250+ hrs instrument flying time
100+ hrs night PIC
AW139 type rating and 100+ hrs experience on type
NVIS rating
Low-level rating with winch endorsement
Prior EMS/SAR operational experience preferred
