Pilot – Helicopter

Newcastle/Hunter Valley Aero Logistics Pty Ltd is a consistently evolving aviation company with bases nationwide. Aero Logistics and its subsidiaries operate Rotary and Fixed Wing aircraft throughout the Australasian region. We are currently seeking applications from appropriately qualified and experienced pilots for employment as a Pilot across multiple positions including Tourism, Airwork and Senior Pilot. This position will be based in the Hunter Valley/Newcastle area. Applicants must be able to relocate to the Hunter Valley region and be able to work weekends and public holidays. The successful applicant would be responsible for conducting daily duties associated with the intended role. This includes;

• Flight Operations as tasked

• Standard Hangar duties

• Maintaining accurate records for flights, duty and other requirements

• Administration tasks as necessary to the role

Aero Logistics is rapidly growing and as such, provides unique opportunities for pilots looking to progress their careers including opportunities to operate on different types of Survey Operations and Ship-to-Shore operations. Minimum Requirements:

• CASA CPL(H) or Higher

• CASA Class 1 Medical

• Current HFR and Low Level Rating

• 500 hours PIC Helicopters

• Must be able to relocate to the Hunter Valley region

• Must be able to work weekends

• Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate

• R44 Rating with 200 hours on type

• ASIC

Desired:

• Gas Turbine Endorsement

• B206/AS350 Rating

• Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence

• Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) (or able to attain)
