Requirements:

• NZ CAA CPL (H) License

• Dangerous goods endorsement

• Minimum of 200 hours

• Right to live and work in New Zealand

Job Role:

We are a leading scenic and charter flight company based in Taupo for the past 20 years, with an impeccable safety record. As a Base Pilot, you’ll be responsible for conducting scenic and charter flights over the stunning landscapes of the National Park, Kaimanawa Ranges, and around Taupo.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility and a commitment to safety while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be required to work closely with the chief pilot, base manager and other members of the team.

Please note that this is not a purely flying role and initially will be a part time role transitioning to full time for the right candidate. In addition to piloting duties, you will be involved in day-to-day operations, including answering calls, managing emails and bookings, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

The variety in this role means no two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to live and work in one of New Zealand’s most vibrant cities.
