Junior R44 Helicopter Pilot-Queensland

We are now seeking a motivated individual for the role of a Junior R44 pilot for tourism and charter operations. Flights will be conducted as In Command Under Supervision (ICUS). The position will be full time and require the candidate to reside on Hamilton Island.

Additionally, there is ability to progress into a Line Pilot position.

In addition to ICUS flights you will also be required to assist during day to day operations on the ground.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist ground crew in loading and unloading of aircraft

• Hot-refueling

• Maintain aircraft and hangar cleanliness

• Liaise with ground crew and pilots to ensure smooth operations

• Safely conduct scenic and charter flights

  
  

 Minimum Qualifications:

• CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate

• CASA CPL (H)

• R44 Rating

• Current HUET Course

• Current ASIC

• Current DG Awareness

• Current DAMP test

• Australian Citizen or resident

• A satisfactory target score in a Pre-Employment Compass Pilot Aptitude Test

Prior experience in hospitality/tourism or customer service is advantageous.
