Auriga Aviation operates a modern fleet of Airbus H135, Airbus AS350, and Leonardo A109 helicopters in the provision of services to the maritime industry.
Auriga Aviation undertakes Air Transport and Aerial Work services to a diverse customer base, and operates from multiple bases at Gladstone, Hay Point, Mackay, Newcastle, and Port Hedland. Planned growth includes additional bases, and scope of operations incorporating multi-crew operations and further expansion of NVIS operations.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will be required to operate the Airbus H135 serving the Port of Gladstone, or the Port of Hay Point on an equi-time roster. Company HMPT operations are conducted by day and night under VFR and IFR in the maritime environment.
As most flights are in support of Marine Pilot Transfer, the successful applicant will be required to operate over water for extended periods of time. Experience in this environment is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE PRE-REQUISITES
To be considered for the role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience.
Experienced Pilot Requirements:
CASA CPL/ATPL (H)
2500 hours helicopter
1000 hours command (PIC) helicopter
500 hours turbine helicopter
100 PIC hours multi-engine helicopters (MEH)
MEH Instrument Rating
25 hours command night
Desirable Pilot Experience Attributes:
EC135 with >25 hours on type
300 hours Offshore experience
Marine Pilot Transfer (MPT) experience
Hoisting experience
An applicant must be an Australian Resident and can hold and maintain ASIC/MSIC, and willing to relocate to Gladstone or Hay Point/Mackay.
