About the Role:
Fleet Helicopters is currently seeking expressions of interest for a contract Utility/Fire base pilot to join the team at its Armidale NSW base for the upcoming 2025/26 summer season. Contract period will be from Mid-August 2025 through to 1st March 2026 with possible extension as mutually agreed.
You will be a team orientated and motivated individual with proven experience working autonomously in a similar role. You will be part of a diverse and highly experienced team providing aviation support to Commercial Helicopters government and private operations.
Flexible and willing to travel you will experience a diverse range of operations whilst being an integral part of the Fleet Helicopters team.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide ongoing contracted support outside of the summer season and for the right candidate obtain a permanent pilot position within the company.
Your role will require the following minimum requirements;
· 1500hrs PIC
· 500hrs turbine
· 100hrs on Bell 206/L
· 100hrs on AS350
· 100hrs fire experience
· 100 Long line experience
· Low level endorsement
· HUET
Preferred requirements or willing to obtain (company provided upskilling available for the right candidate):
· Bell 212 experience
· Aerial culling
· HR drivers licence
