Helicopter Pilot Required-New Zealand

We're seeking a confident and personable helicopter pilot to deliver unforgettable scenic flights across South Westland's most iconic destinations - including Franz Josef Glacier, Fox Glacier, and Haast. You'll provide premium alpine experiences, blending tourism and aerial support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Legal Work Eligibility: Must hold New Zealand citizenship or the legal right to work in New Zealand

• New Zealand CPL(H) with a current Class 1 Medical Certificate

• Minimum 1500 hours rotary

• Hughes 500 rating and experience

• Mountain flying experience

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

• Reliable and safety conscious with a strong work ethic

  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• AS350 rating

• Proficiency in external load operations

• Experience flying on the West Coast

• Dangerous Goods Certificate - CAA and NZTA

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scenic passenger operations, including alpine landings

• Conduct aerial utility tasks - long-line operations, film/charter flights, and hunters

• Safely operate in diverse mountain environments and variable weather
