The Position
Aero Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Helicopter Pilot to join our operation as Charter / Line pilot and enjoy a rewarding career working in some of Australia's most challenging and scenic environments. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will see you met many of our needs. This role is available at our Sydney base with the successful applicant being able to travel when required. In this position, you will be exposed to the full range of piloting duties and activities Aero Logistics undertakes on a day-to-day basis. No two days will be the same!
Essential Qualifications
Requirements / Ratings / Certificate
Commercial Pilots License (CPL-H) or higher
CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
Current unrestricted driver’s license
Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Current Bi-Annual Flight Review
Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate
Current unrestricted driver’s license
Intrastate and remote area travel may be required from time to time.
Demonstrates ability to work alone and be self-reliant
Required to work weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis
Minimum Experience
Total PIC (Helicopter): 1,000 hrs.
R44 airframe experience
Desirable
Gas Turbine Engine Rating
Endorsed on the following aircraft types with 100 hours on type
Bell 206/L
Bell 407
AS350
Low Level Flying Endorsement
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training
Crew Resource Management
