Helicopter - Ground Crew/Junior Pilot

Description

Aero Logistics Helicopters operates a fleet of Robinson R44, Bell JetRanger/LongRanger and Airbus H125 helicopters on scenic and tourism operations from our bases in Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Sydney.

We are currently seeking a Ground Crew/Junior Pilot for our Newcastle & Hunter Valley bases to assist with our Tourism Operations, reporting to the Base Manager Newcastle/Hunter Valley.

Responsibilities

This role will initially be a loading and ground crew role for our tourism operations with some flying opportunities.

A stable long term flying role will become available for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be required to work weekends and public holidays in line with our tourism operation. They will be required to conduct safety briefings, take bookings and assist guests as required. Role may include some travel and time away from home home to support utility work.

Qualifications

Essentials:

• R44 endorsement with 300hrs rotary total and 100hrs on type

• DG

• Class 1 Medical

• ASIC

• Low Level

• Open Drivers Licence (Manual)

• HUET (or ability to obtain)

Desirables:

• DG by Road

• First Aid

• GTE Rating

• Tourism Experience
