Helicopter Flight Instructor Grade 2 or 3 Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) is a renowned world class Flight Training School, based just north of Adelaide in South Australia. FTA provides a first class training for rotary wing for all of our clients across the globe. FTA is now looking for a Grade 2 or 3 Helicopter Flight Instructor to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on safety and customer service. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a small team environment and is accountable for flight training duties, by assisting the Flight Training Manager in delivering Flight and associated training to his/her allocated students. Essential Qualifications / Experience Required
Australian CPL(H)
Current Class 1 CASA Aviation Medical
Current Instructor Rating with a minimum of a Grade 3 Training Endorsement
Current Red ASIC
Instructor experience
Desirable Qualifications / Experience
Instructor experience on the Schweizer 269C-1
Low-level Rating and Training Endorsement
IFR, NVFR and Low-level flight
Responsibilities and duties
Pre & Post Flight briefings
Flights according to the syllabi
Simulator exercises as per syllabus
Mass briefs
Report Writing
Programming of students
Provide manager with regular updates on student progress and issues
Complete End of Module Reports for each student
Maintain student training folders in a neat and orderly manner
Maintain the quality of work in all areas of flight training
Maintain appropriate approvals as required by the authority and
Comply with all relevant company policies and CASA regulations.
