Auriga Aviation is seeking motivated Helicopter Pilots to join our flight operations team as First Officers (FO). FO roles are full time residential positions that require FOs to live at various dedicated base locations.

ABOUT AURIGA AVIATION

Auriga Aviation has established itself as an industry leader in the provision of specialist Helicopter Marine Pilot Transfer (HMPT) services in Australia. Auriga Aviation operates a modern fleet of Airbus H135, Airbus H125, and Leonardo A109 helicopters in the provision of services to the maritime industry.

Auriga Aviation undertakes Air Transport and Aerial Work services to a diverse customer base, and operates from multiple bases at Gladstone, Hay Point, Mackay, Newcastle, and Port Hedland. Planned growth includes additional bases and further expansion of NVIS operations.

FIRST OFFICER (FO) PATHWAY PROGRAM

As a First Officer gains experience throughout their multi-crew training, they progress to more advanced instrument flying and multi-engine training undertaken in the Airbus H135 Simulator, before moving onto the actual aircraft type. The simulator provides the opportunity to practice demanding situations in a safe and educational environment. A First Officer will then progress through their Instrument Rating Training and then onto line training.

QUALIFICATIONS PRE-REQUISITES

To be considered for the role, you must possess a CASA CPL (H) and minimum 250 hours helicopter. Candidates are encouraged to submit their EOI by 5 pm AEST, Tuesday 7th of Feb 2023.
