Key Responsibilities
CHC Helicopters is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Pilot for a position in Tindal. This position will be fixed based in Tindal with some touring as required by CHC.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Suitable applicants will require the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Hold a valid CPL(H)
Low Flying approval
Hoist endorsement
Current Helicopter Instrument Rating
1000 hours total in helicopters
100 hours pilot in command helicopters
500 hours multi engine
Preferred hold a current AW139 Type rating with 50 hours on type
Have the legal right to live and working Australia, as CHC do not see the need to offer sponsorship for this role.
Desirable:
AW139 Type rating
Low Flying approval
Sling Load endorsement
NVIS Rating
Night VFR Rating
SAR and EMS flying experience
Winch endorsement (with relevant winching experience) is desirable
Key Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with proven accuracy.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships within an evolving and dynamic environment
