Please note: The successful candidate for this role will require CASR part 119 and 138 qualifications.

The Head of Flying Operations, in partnership with the Managing Director, will be responsible for the success of their Division, defined by driving safe operations, pilot career development and operational excellence facilitated by exceptional leadership.
This role will be fully accountable for the execution of the business’ pilot strategy to ensure safe and effective management of the needs of the business's blue-chip client base.
The Head of Flying Operations will be a critical decision-support partner to the Managing Director to ensure successful operations as the business scales rapidly across Australia, Asia and beyond.
You will enjoy overseeing the operation of brand-new and best-in-market helicopters as well as an elite group of some of Australia’s best pilots.
