About the Role:
Commercial Helicopters is currently seeking expressions of interest for a rostered casual touring/aerial work pilot to join the team in January 2024.
The applicant will be working a 2 week on / 2 week off roster for 6-9months each year in a remote part of Australia providing Helicopter services to a long standing and valued client.
The company will provide flights, meals and accommodation from the successful applicants home base and return with modern camp style accommodation and facilities provided by the client whilst on tour at the base.
You will be a team orientated and motivated individual with proven experience working autonomously in a similar role. You will be part of a diverse and highly experienced team providing aviation support to Commercial Helicopters government and private operations.
Flexible and willing to travel whilst receiving an attractive renumeration package you will experience a diverse range of operations whilst being an integral part of the Commercial Helicopters team.
Your role will require the following minimum requirements;
2,000hrs Total time
1,500hrs Command
500hrs Turbine
100hrs on either Bell 206/206L
100hrs Long line experience
Remote area experience
Low level endorsement
Dangerous goods awareness
Preferred requirements or willing to obtain (company provided upskilling available for the right candidate):
HUET
AS350B2 Experience
Aerial culling
HR drivers licence
Dangerous goods by road
Forklift licence
Rigging/Dogging certificate
