H175 Touring Opportunity Captain
Who we are:
Offshore Services Australasia (OSA) is the leading supplier of helicopter services to the Australian Offshore industry. We operate multiple helicopter types from a number of bases throughout Australia and Timor Leste, providing support to major oil and gas producers.
About the role:
OSA has an opportunity for qualified Captains to join our Flying Operations Team in our Western Australia, Northern Territory and Timor bases. This is a touring role, from your residential airport.
The key responsibilities:
Responsible for operating their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in strict compliance with the operational standards and all applicable regulations;
Support the aircraft commander in a safe operation of flights;
Ensure safety and customer service is at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft;
Facilitate the communications with the customer and ensure OSA is represented in a professional manner;
Maintain situational awareness throughout the entire operational region;
Stay up to date on all operational and safety procedures;
Comply with other duties and assignments as determined by the Flight Operations Management team;
Secondments to other operating bases are possible.
About You:
You must be able to tour to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Timor and any other OSA bases as required. Successful candidates will ideally be type rated on H175 aircraft type and have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum qualifications
A valid CASA CPL (H),
A valid IR (H) - ME (H) with min 3 renewals,
A valid Class 1 Medical,
Min total hours (H): 500,
500 hrs total hours multi - engine rotary wing,
PIC (H): 100.
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience working with Offshore Oil and Gas,
A minimum of 500 hours on a Multi Engine,
A Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course (H)
