B412 Aerial Work/Offshore Training Captain/Manager – Indonesia

TRAINING CAPTAIN (HELICOPTER)

SGi Helicopters is expanding their operational capability and are looking for a seasoned Training Manager who has experience setting up and managing a Helicopter Training Department.

Besides the mandatory Training element of your role, you will also be an experienced Bell 412 or similar type Captain who has experience with Underslung and Hoist operations over moving Offshore Vessels of all sizes, in all weather conditions, day & night. It is also preferable but not a requirement to have Precision Long Line experience. Along with the required flight line responsibilities, you will be expected to lead and maintain the Training Department to the standards set by you and SGi Helicopters. Bali is a well-known tropical paradise situated in the Indonesian Archipelago and offers some of the most pristine idyllic environments to be enjoyed. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to permanently relocate to Bali, Indonesia, which offers an exciting opportunity of a well-balanced work life environment.

The following minimum requirements will be required to fulfil this role.

Flight Time Requirements:

Total Time: 3000hrs

Total Time PIC: 1500hrs

Multi Engine Time: 1000hrs

Instruction Time: 1000hrs

Total Ship Service Time (AWOPS): 500hrs

Bell 412 Type Rating: 100hrs

TRE/TRI Rating/ Instructor Rating

Valid Instrument Rating

Current Night Rating

Required Competencies:

A Team Player

Has a passion for teaching and helping others grow.

Takes initiative and is goal oriented.

Has good communication and organizational skills.

Has previous experience setting up and managing a training department.

Has Helicopter Ship Service experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Understands Indonesian Aviation Regulations.

Has managerial experience.

Is comfortable with Mentoring Pilots.

Long Line Vertical Reference experience.
