Role Summary

AW189 First Officer Karratha, WA Start Date Sept 30th Reach Beyond!

CHC provides unmatched helicopter services that enable our customers to reach beyond – to work in remote and challenging destinations that limit others – and come home safely. We are dedicated to our purpose of getting our customers where they need to be, when they need to be there, anywhere in the world – safely and reliably. All you have to do is get on board! We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Pilot for an AW189 First Officer touring position, primarily in Karratha, WA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operates their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in strict compliance with CHC operational standards and all applicable regulations;

  • Place’s safety and customer service at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft;

  • Supports the aircraft commander in a safe operation of flights

  • Facilitates communications with the customer and ensures CHC is represented in a professional manner;

  • Stays up to date on all operational and safety procedures; and

  • Complies with other duties and assignments as determined by the Flight Operations Management team

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Hold a valid CPL(H)

  • Hold an IR (H)

  • 1000 hours total in helicopters

  • 100 hours pilot in command helicopters

  • Gas Turbine 100

  • Capacity to complete AW189 TR

Other criteria:

  • Low Flying approval

  • Multi-engine hours preferable

  • Reside in Perth for touring purposes.
