We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and professional Senior Helicopter Pilot to work at our Taupo base.
About the Role
Tourism & Commercial Operations including VIP charter, scenic flights and a range of commercial activities
Undertaking a range of helicopter flights at the direction of the Helicopter Operations Manager in support of our tourism operations
Balance of business and aviation aspects related to the base operations
Oversight of helicopters and equipment
Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the provisions of all relevant Civil Aviation Regulations
You’ll need:
Commercial Pilots Licence - Helicopter
Class 1 Aviation Medical
Substantial experience in Part 135 operations
AS350 & AS355 ratings
Mountain experience
New Zealand Citizen or right to work in New Zealand
Relevant qualifications and experience to be employed as a Senior Pilot
An engaging, outgoing personality
Keen attention to detail & high levels of accuracy
Professional / polished approach
Preferred Additional Requirements
Experience running / managing a business
Past experience holding a senior person position
Sling with longline experience
