Helicopter Pilot-New Zealand

GCH Aviation Group is one big Family spread throughout bases in Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, Kaikoura, Christchurch, Greymouth, Vanuatu and Fiji. We undertake a range of services, from emergency rescue and air ambulance services to commercial flights, fire and frost fighting, flight training, scenic flights – not to mention our state of the art FBO Jet Centre in Christchurch and our UAV unit.

GCH Aviation is not all about helicopters, we also are proud to offer the service for the New Zealand Flying Doctors and Corporate Jet Services. Due to a recent resignation we are looking for a full time/permanent Pilot to fly our rescue helicopter based in Greymouth effective immediately. Details are as follows; * Rating in BK117 or similar multi engine type. * At least a total of 3500 flying hours PIC helicopters * You need to be fit and healthy to meet the demands of the job. * Hold a valid NZ CAA Class 1 medical certificate. * Able to work as part of a small tight-knit team, have a great sense of humour and be reasonably flexible. * Able to pass NZCAA/ Aviation security/ Police checks * Willing to work shiftwork in accordance with the Company Flight & Duty and Fatigue Management Schemes Advantageous
