Helicopter SAR/HEMS Captain Rotor-Lift Aviation operates the Tasmanian Government contract for SAR/HEMS operations. Tasmania offers a great lifestyle and, at the same time, a scenic and challenging work environment. Rotor-Lift is looking for an experienced SAR/HEMS Captain to fill an immediate operational role. Candidates must have the minimum criteria detailed below to be considered for this position.   • CASA ATPL (H)

  • SAR/HEMS experience

  • Class 1 Medical

  • CIR (H) (3 renewals/100 hours)

  • 2,000 hours helicopter

  • 1,000 hours PIC helicopter

  • 400 hours M/E helicopter

  • 100 hours NVFR (H)

  • NVIS Rating with 50 hours NVIS experience

  • Winch endorsed

  • Current Dangerous Goods

  • Current HUET/EBS

Desirable Criteria:

  • Willing to reside in Hobart.

  • BK117/Bell412 type rating.

  • Training and Checking background.

  • Glass cockpit/FMS experience.
