Mustering Pilot Required-Queensland

Seeking Experienced Mustering Pilot

Roam Aviation Pty Ltd is a Central Queensland based, family owned and operated business specialising in the provision of safe, efficient, and professional aerial stock mustering services.

We offer this role situated at our Isisford base in Central Western Queensland servicing our valued clients throughout the Isisford, Longreach, Barcaldine, Blackall, Adavale, Channel Country and surrounding regions.

With our business undergoing continued growth and expansion we seek to employ an experienced mustering pilot with the following credentials:

• Commercial Helicopter Pilot Licence; • Low Level Rating; • Mustering Endorsement; • Class 1 CASA Medical; • Minimum 1,000 hrs Robinson R22; •Minimum 800 hrs Mustering • Exceptional livestock handling & mustering skills (cattle, goats, sheep) •Low Stress Stock handling • Positive and proactive attitude; • Strong Effective communication and interpersonal skills; •Ability to work in a team environment • Strong and sound mechanical aptitude; • Ability to manage clients, bookings and work load in remote and isolated locations; • A desire to demonstrate safe, efficient and professional airmanship; •Ability to maintain aircraft and company property in a clean and respectful state • Current drivers’ licence •Own Vehicle recommended Reporting directly to our Chief Pilot, the role will consist of: • Aerial Mustering; • Aerial Work; •Feral animal eradication •Property Inspections • Stockmanship and cattle handling

The following skills and attributes are desirable but not necessary; • Robinson R44 Endorsement; (100 hrs experience) • Sling endorsement (experience) •Firearms license •Machinery operating experience
