Leonardo AW169 Pilot Required-Queensland

We are looking for a helicopter pilot who will be required to operate our AW169 aircraft mainly in South East Queensland with occasional multi-week deployments in other areas around Australia. Company operations are conducted by Day, Night under both the VFR and IFR mostly in a corporate environment, with occasional flying on and off beaches, pontoons in and around mine sites and in remote areas.

The successful applicant must have a proven flight history in these modes of flight and will be required to participate in the company flight operations department. The applicant must have strong communication skills to coordinate with various company departments, as well as external service providers and maintenance organisations. External training will be conducted on a regular basis.

Vast experience as PIC on twin engine helicopters under the IFR and in a Multi-Role environment is highly desirable and current proficiency in this regime will be assessed prior to employment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE PRE-REQUISITES

To be considered for the role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience.

Experience Requirements:

• CPL/ATPL(H)

• 4000 hours helicopter

• 2000 hours command helicopter

• 1000 PIC hours Multi Engine helicopters

• 200 hours night

• Current IPC - SP (MECIR) helicopter with minimum of five renewals

Desirable Experience Attributes:

• AW169 Type rating

• Corporate or EMS experience as PIC

• Managerial skills
