Grade 1 Instructor Required-Queensland

Due to continued growth and internal staff progression, Aeropower is seeking expressions of interest for a grade 1 instructor to join our busy flying school based at Redcliffe Aerodrome, QLD.

This position is a fixed base, fixed roster position with some weekend work and limited travel within Australia required. It would suit a Grade 1 instructor with previous leadership and wider aviation industry experience or who has previously held a CFI or HOO approval. Progression within the wider business is available for the right people with the right attitudes and ability.

Minimum Requirements:

CASA Grade 1 Flight Instructor Rating

A high level of technical and theory knowledge

Current DG

Current Class 1 Medical

Prior flight school or other management experience

An in-depth knowledge of CASR Parts 141 and 61 and their application

Highly desirable:

Flight Instructor Rating TE

The ability to gain CASA approval as a part 141 Head of Operations or have previously held such approval.

Desirable:

Cabri G2 experience

GTE

LL TE

DF TE

NVFR Rating and NVFR TE

Fight Examiner Rating

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience and qualifications.

Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.

This is not a touring role. You must be living in Sought East Queensland or willing to relocate.
