EOI - MH-60R Pilot Instructor
About This Role
As an MH-60R Pilot Instructor, you will provide instruction in the classroom, simulator and/or pratical environments to the Royal Australian Navy. You will assist as a Subject Matter Expert in development of a curriculum as required, as well we provide courseware review and other additional administrative duties such as publications, safety, quality audits, scheduling, etc.
This role will be located at HMAS Albatross, Nowra.
The role we are offering you
Provide academic instruction and systems training in support of courses required for the RAN MH-60R
Evaluate and document student training/mission performance
Assist in device testing/evaluation
Maintenance and improvement of curriculum, syllabus, testing.
Our ideal candidate has:
Prior instructional experience in an aircrew training environment on military rotary wing platforms
Minimum 500 command hours on multi engine, multi crew, medium helicopter, or conduct of training authority agreed equivalent
Proven experience in maintain and improving a curriculum and providing SME advice

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
