Role Summary

AW139 First Officer

Fixed based - RAAF Tindal, NT CHC Helicopters has a current opportunity for an AW139 First Officer. This position is fixed based at Tindal, NT and will require to reside an hour distance from the base location.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities Essential

• Hold a valid CPL(H) or ATPL(H)

• Hold an AW139 Type rating

• Helicopter Instrument Rating

• NVIS Rating

Desirable

• 1500 hours total in helicopters

• 750 hours pilot in command helicopters

• Low Flying Rating

• Winch endorsement (with relevant winching experience)

• Sling load endorsement

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• SAR and or EMS flying experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented with proven accuracy

• Excellent organisational and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships within an evolving and dynamic environment
