Full-Time Helicopter Pilot Position – R44 / AS350

Bekaa Air, Archerfield Airport (Brisbane)

Bekaa Air is seeking a helicopter pilot to join our tours, charter, and aerial operations team based at Archerfield Airport in Brisbane Australia. We operate H125/AS350, R44RII, and Bell 206L3 series helicopters

While we ideally seek a pilot who already holds an AS350/H125 rating, we may also consider pilots with predominantly R44 experience who meet our minimum requirements. For the right candidate committed to long-term growth, we can provide additional training to transition from the R44 to AS350 operations, provided they have commercial experience, professionalism and solid abilities as a foundation

Please note that this is not a purely flying role, and it may not suit everyone. In addition to piloting duties, you will be involved in day-to-day operations, including answering calls, managing emails and bookings, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The variety in this role means no two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to live and work in one of Australia’s most vibrant cities. You will also work closely with our Chief Pilot to help drive exciting future projects. Minimum Qualifications:

• CASA CPL(H), Class 1 Medical, ASIC, Dangerous Goods

• >500 hours total rotary time

• >250 hours Robinson R44

• Demonstrated competence operating in Class C & D airspace

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Ability to work independently, with a high focus on customer service

• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

Desirable:

• Base Management experience

• Marketing, Business, or Tourism background

• AS350/H125 rating (100+ hours preferred)

• 100+ hours on Bell 206L

Remuneration: Dependent on experience and above the award

Start Date: While our valued AS350 pilot is retiring to live in Japan in April, we would prefer a start date before then to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the role. An immediate start is also available
