Way to Go Heliservices is offering this position to join our Company delivering a professional innovative service for our clients, safely and economically.

Over the past 20 years we have developed a strong business successfully operating from the Rangiora Aerodrome in North Canterbury.

Way To Go Heliservices operates under CAA Part 135 and 137 Operation certificates.

The duties and responsibilities of an Operation Manager is a diverse role encompassing but not limited to:

Leading the day to day management of the team and workload requirements in a reliable, positive manner

Possessing the experience to fly the diverse range of both Agricultural and Air operations as part of the team.

Proactively engaging with building, and nurturing, both existing and potential clients to ensure relationship longevity.

Current requirements, you should hold include:

• Commercial Pilot’s Licence

• Medical (Class 1)

• A pilot chemical rating and proven experience in an Agricultural Pilot Role with Part 137 and 135 experience

• A New Zealand Driver’s Licence

• Authorization to work in New Zealand (or New Zealand citizenship or residency)

• A good understanding of New Zealand weather patterns including High Country / Mountain environment

• Be committed to leading daily practices contained within our Safety Management System

• A willingness and enthusiasm to use our existing software being Aerial Toolbox Limited

And you must qualify for a CAA Senior Persons Operation Manager position (over three aircraft)
