The Northland Rescue Helicopter is a charitable trust established to provide a dedicated emergency rescue helicopter and air ambulance service for Northland and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We are seeking expressions of interest for highly motivated persons with a positive attitude to become part of our operations team.

Captains with the following minimum qualifications:

  • CAA NZ Air Transport Pilots License (Helicopter)

  • Instrument Rating.

  • 3000 hrs Rotary wing

  • 2000hrs PIC

  • 500hrs Multi Engine Turbine

  • 50 hrs NVIS

Co-Pilots with the following minimum qualifications:

  • CAA NZ Commercial License (Helicopter)

  • Instrument Rating

  • Basic Turbine Knowledge Exam Credit

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
