R22 Mustering Pilot
Kingsley’s Helicopters is a Contractor Helicopter Mustering Company based at Mt Mulgrave Station - a family owned and operated cattle station in Far North QLD Australia.
Mt Mulgrave is a respected and successful beef producer running over 10,000 head of cattle over 745,000 acres of pastoral land. The property is nicely situated between the iconic Mitchell and Palmer rivers that run water all year round, providing a lifestyle of camping, swimming and fishing.
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced R22 Commercial Helicopter Pilot to join the team at Kingsley’s Helicopters.
Reporting to the Chief Pilot/Owner, your main responsibilities will include aerial contract stock mustering, checking of stock and facilities and work with the ground crew - if desired as groundwork is optional. You will at all times adhere to regulatory requirements and the company’s safety and operational standards.
When not engaged in aerial operations, the successful applicant has the opportunity to work as a Station Hand and assist with general day to day station activities including working with livestock. Minimum Requirements:
CASA Commercial Pilot Licence Helicopter – CPL (H)
Aircraft class rating for Single-engine Helicopter (SEH)
Low-level rating with an Aerial Mustering endorsement
1,000 hours of aerial mustering experience
500 hours on type Robinson R22 helicopter
Current Class 1 medical certificate
Current Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Valid and current Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence or higher
Located in Australia with the legal right to work here. Desirable Experience:
On-ground mustering and livestock handling skills
Experience riding motorbikes.
