Current Opportunities


Auriga Aviation is currently seeking two experienced and highly capable Helicopter Pilots to join our growing team:


  • HMPT Captain – based in Karratha, Western Australia

  • Training and Checking Pilot – based on the West Coast of Australia

HMPT Captain – Mandatory Qualifications and experience


  • Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) - CPL(H)

  • Minimum 2500 hours helicopter

  • Minimum 1500 hours PIC helicopter

  • Minimum 500 hours PIC Multi-Engine Helicopter

  • MEH Instrument Rating

  • Current Class 1 Australian Aviation Medical Certificate


HMPT Captain – Desirable Qualifications and experience


  • 100 hours PIC EC135

  • NVIS Rating

  • Previous maritime experience

  • Previous multi-crew experience


Training and Checking Pilot – Mandatory Qualifications and experience


  • Minimum flight experience as per HMPT Captain

  • CASA Part 61 Grade 2 Flight Instructor Rating


Training and Checking Pilot – Desirable Qualifications and experience


  • 100 hours PIC EC135

  • Previous maritime experience

  • Training Endorsements for NVIS, IF and Low Level
