V2 Helicopters is a growing and forward-thinking rotary aviation business based in Brisbane. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking passionate and professional Flight Instructors and Theory Instructors to join our team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight and/or theory instruction in accordance with CASA regulations, while supporting student progression and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Both full-time and part-time positions may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver flight and/or theory instruction to students
Ensure training is conducted in accordance with CASA and company procedures
Monitor student progress and provide structured feedback
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Uphold a strong safety culture and professional training environment
Essential Requirements
For Flight Instructors:
Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL(H))
Flight Instructor Rating (FIR)
For Theory Instructors:
Strong aviation knowledge (CPL(H) or higher preferred)
Ability to deliver structured, engaging theory lessons
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and commitment to safety
Highly Desirable
Gas Turbine Endorsement
Experience on Bell 206 and/or Airbus AS350 (H125)
Previous experience in a Part 141 or Part 142 training environment
