Helicopter Pilots-New Zealand

Opportunity to join Queenstown’s leading helicopter company – Over The Top Due to the expansion of our operation based in Queenstown, New Zealand, Over The Top is looking for enthusiastic professional pilots to join our busy and dynamic team. We operate a modern fleet of Airbus helicopters, both single and twin engine. The flying role mainly involves passenger transport in and around the mountainous areas of Fiordland and the Southern Lakes. Our company has a strong focus on customer service and as such our pilots are expected to be ‘Ambassadors for New Zealand’ and keen to impart the history and knowledge of our wonderful area. The Pilot positions available are for one full time and one seasonal (being November through April).

The applicants must;

• Have experience in flying in mountainous terrain with altitude landings.

• Be a team player and flexible to work around a busy summer flying roster.

• Be willing to undertake non-flying tasks around the hangar and office.

Desired experience;

• Must have - New Zealand CPL (H)

• 2000 + hours helicopter

• AS350 or EC130 ratings with at least 100 hours on type

• Mountain flying

• Part 135

• Twin Engine time an advantage in AS355, BK117 and / or B429
